TFCE
Threshold-Free Cluster Enhancement
Overview
TFCE is a newly-proposed method to enhance cluster-like structures in an image (e.g. a z-statistic activation image from an FMRI analysis) without having to define an initial cluster-forming threshold or carry out a large amount of data smoothing. We hope that it may prove a useful alternative to cluster-based thresholding.

Software
TFCE is available within the fslmaths and randomise tools in FMRIB Software Library.
